Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance has long been a popular supplemental employee benefit. FSIA offers several plan designs insured by The Hartford Life Insurance Company. This coverage is offered as a way to complement established group term life plans effectively, yet inexpensively.

These plans provide 24-hour coverage in the event of death or serious injury resulting from the least expected source, accidents. All full time employees regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible.

Principal Sum benefits ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 are available. Dependent coverage is also available with limits of coverage designed as a portion or percentage of the Principle Sum for the spouse and dependent children. In addition there are several ancillary benefits providing coverage for permanent disability, education benefits, travel assistance services for emergencies away from home and conversion privileges. Coverage may be offered on an employer-paid or 100% employee-paid basis.
